Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. However, if your item’s condition isn’t as described (for example, if we missed a mark or flaw), please contact us at creeksidekidssecondhand@gmail.com or via Instagram @creeksidekidssecondhand within 3 days of receiving your order.

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our online shop, add your favorite items to your cart, and check out when you’re ready.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and E-transfer.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

At this time, we ship within Canada only.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days.

I'm local. How do I receive my items?

If you’re local to Brockville and area, you can select “I'm local” at checkout to save on shipping costs. If you (or a close friend or relative) live in the town of Brockville, we offer free porch drop off. Otherwise, pick up in Maitland, ON can be arranged through email or via our Instagram page. 

What condition are the clothes in?

All items are carefully inspected before listing. The condition of the items will be listed in the description. Any small flaws will be photographed and described. We do our best to avoid items will marks or tears.

How often do you add new items?

New items are added weekly! Follow us on Instagram @creeksidekidssecondhand to set countdown reminders and check sneak peeks.

Are you currently buying children's clothing ?

Yes! We buy all seasons, all year. Please refer to our Instagram page or email us for more information, and to learn about our pre-approved brands list. 

Can I reserve items?

Due to the nature of secondhand shopping, we do not reserve items — it’s first come, first served. If you see something you love, grab it quickly!
